Maths Experts Help Please?

ABALL

YUP its me Ray from Kingston now in Ottawa.

Ray -- hope all is well and that you are enjoying Ottawa. I am moving to Sydney Australia for good in 2 days and am pumped!

As for the math, I can't remember exactly but I know it is a LOG question.

4 = 10k

therefore Log4 = KLog10
therefore k= Log4/Log10

I am pretty sure that is it ......

HELP GUYS???????????????????????????????

They just gave you all of the answers - how could you possibly need anymore help?

Warik

There is a new question!!!

Also the question #1 is wrong on the answer.

I had 4 choices on the test to choose from!!!

2N^6+2N^3-2N^5

8N^6+8N^3-8N^5

2N^3

8N^3

Why don't you try actually doing the problem before you ask for help?

(3^-3)^2

3^-3 is the same as 1/(3^3)

3^3 is 27

So, 3^-3 = 1/27

What's (1/27)^2?

1/729

which is: 0.0014

I mean shit dude, try doing the problem. It's not like you have to think.

And

2N^6+2N^3-2N^5

8N^6+8N^3-8N^5

2N^3

8N^3

Is not even a question. What are you trying to find?

Warik,

I did a math exam today for the military communications course.
Those 4 choices are the answers to the question that I had to choose from.I guessed as I couldn't find the right answer.

OK - but if you don't tell us what the question is, it will be difficult to tell you whether or not you answered it correctly.

(2N)3 x (N3+1) - (2N2)3

the 3's are little ones, cubed and the last 2 in the end is squared!

That is the question.

These are the 4 answers to choose from:
I guessed as I didn't know which was the right one.

2N^6+2N^3-2N^5

8N^6+8N^3-8N^5

2N^3

8N^3

the last one

once you multiply out the terms you have
+8n^6 at the front which cancels out the -8n^6 at the end, which just leaves the 8n^3

FUCK

8N^6+8N^3-8N^5

That was the answer I guessed as I didn't know the right one.

I guess I got it wrong if 8N^3 was the correct answer.
