Masturbation and Recovery (fact or myth?)

New member
Have there been any studies proving or debunking the idea that post cycle recovery can be helped or sped up by adding daily (or more) masturbation/sex to stimulate natural test production and increase testical mass lost during cycle?

I read somewhere that Asians believe that too frequent ejaculations hurt your kidneys and cause your lower back to hurt.

So all you f\/ckers complaining about lower back pain just stop playin' with yourself so damn much and quit blaming dball or fina.

I'm not talking about going at it like a chimpanzee until you wear the skin off of it...

I'm talking about once or twice daily during your recovery cycle to try and get your testicals back into working order after something like a deca cycle that shuts down natural test production.

oh so thats what it is...

I thought it was trex for some reason

Actually, I have applied this same line of reasoning. It seems logical. I think it is probably true, but I have proof for you. I would like to see some myself.

You're right, too much of play definitely has a say on kidneys and back(Thats what I've read). If you're off from the gym forawhile and get back.....and inbetween if you've played a lot, you're sure to feel that pain in your back.
