if thats a mass cycle then save your cash, I would only use it for a cutting cycle where you intend to go below 7-8% bodyfat

I'm thinking of doing my cutting cycle around Feb-March, and was thinking about using Equipoise and Masteron, w/ a little test maybe. What you think?

that would be a good cutting cycle, how long were you planning on running it. Depending on the length, you may want to go with two drugs with short half lives, ie masteron/fina, or masteron/winny, that way you arent using drugs with a a few weeks difference in their half lives
