i've been working out for 4 years and i recently started getting Exertion headaches as soon as i Start lifting it feels like my head is about to explode.........i kno it could be a Million Things but i've narrowed it down to be not soo much the Serious stuff like HIGH BLOOD P and ITS NOTA TUMOR hahaa i think it has sumthing to dew with my screwed up back i stopped getting the headaches but now i cannot workout becuz my upper right back has tightened up and i am having SHARP pains ..........Anyone ever get these headaches or bad back pains ??
