MASSIVE HEADACHES........Due to Pulling a back muscle ?

i've been working out for 4 years and i recently started getting Exertion headaches as soon as i Start lifting it feels like my head is about to explode.........i kno it could be a Million Things but i've narrowed it down to be not soo much the Serious stuff like HIGH BLOOD P and ITS NOTA TUMOR hahaa i think it has sumthing to dew with my screwed up back i stopped getting the headaches but now i cannot workout becuz my upper right back has tightened up and i am having SHARP pains ..........Anyone ever get these headaches or bad back pains ?? :worried: undefined

yaa i figured that....im deff gunna go see a Chiropractor and see whats up.....i was really nervous at first cuz they were the worst headaches ive had in my entire life ...felt like i was gunna bursy a blood vessel but the headaches went away and my back started to hurt but my back was what hurt in the first place and i took advil for it.......so im thinking my back pain is the Culprit in messing everything up...................im also taking PROP 100mg EOD but when this all happened i had already been on my 10th shot and with awsome gains thanks
 
Just went through a bout of this same thing. It's your muscles, for me it was my lower traps. Try massage, I have one of those electrode stimulator kit (chiro friend gave to me) a few times hooked up to that with some rest straightened it right out. Hope you feel better soon those headaches SUCK.
 
I've had more than my share of these kinds of headaches...very scary when you can't figure out what's causing them...if you rule out high blood pressure, and any kind of brain tumors/clots/etc.... then it's likely one of several things....
1) Have you sinuses checked... I had my first sinus attack ever recently, at 32, and it felt like my head was going to explode.
2) Make sure it's not any kind of supplement, particularly stimulants, that's causing the headaches
3) Most importantly in my book, definitely go to a chiropractor to get adjusted for a while (one or two sessions will not do the trick)... this will definitely help keep your neck/spine more limber.... also go get deep tissue massages as often as you can, again to help keep your muscles loose.

If you're prone to muscle injury, you should do light back/neck/shoulder stretches for 10-15 minutes, several times a day.... icing is also great to keep pain and inflammation down

I was having what I thought were stress headaches. It turns out it hurt mostly when training. We'll of course since I thought it was just a headache I continued training. It took me another two weeks to realize I had pulled a muscle in my upper back. Now I am out of the gym altogether but the haed aches are gone and the back is healing slowly.

If you think it is your back try massage, hot tub, or any other therapy to increase bloodflow. That will aid in speeding up recovery. IF it hurts don't do it. It always takes longer to get back even though its hard to lay off.
 
Good to hear bro.... however, don't stop going... it's a good idea to go 2-3 times a week for the first few weeks then taper off to "maintenance visits".... it will help you keep limber and help reduce your chances of getting hurt in the future

your chiropracter is a bastard, coz i was just about to tell you it it was your muscles just like eveyrone else and he stole my thunder :dodgy:
 
yaa man i suggest everyone get that shit done it feels MAD GOOD Cracks ur neck in ways u didn't kno u cud and the CLUNKS in ur back Cracking sound SICK haha
