24 years old, 6 foot, 174lbs. 11% bodyfat
Been on a cutting program for 10 weeks now, lost 5kg, feeling great, but everything has started to slow down.
Been doing carb cycling, 5 days low, 1800/1900 caloires, 2 days high 2500 caloires.
Higher carbs yesterday and today, all i want to do is eat everything i see, having these massive cravings.
I have been advised to up my caloires to 3000 for 3-4 days, then start to drop back down, after that slowly down to 1800 again.
What do you guys think of this method?
