Mass verus Cutting?

I see alot of questions about cutting cycles and also about mass stacking cycles. The thing that I seem to be getting from the replies is that it totally depends on your diet. Is this a correct assumption?
I have seen post where vets like DaddyX recommend 500 mg EW of Sust for bulking and had others to say add more food for mass stacking...
On the other hand, I have also seen the same vets suggests the same Sust while cutting (not even a stack) but saying "eat clean" and do some cardio.
This is what seems to be the most and best information that I have gleened from this site...Is this true?

DISCLAIMER: I am not knocking anyones advice, I am sure the vets know 1000 times more than me about AAS and experience is always the best teacher.
 
Uusualy people will use drugs that don't cause water retention while "cutting".

Really though, any drug can be used.....what makes a cutting cycle is diet/cardio.

I dont know bout u guys, but for me when ever i took test, i never got abs.

I always got the bag of potatoes look.

While this summer went on a Fina Winny cycle and dropped down to around 6% bf, and abs r John Basedow status....
 
It depends on three variables: the type of AAS your using in the cycle, your diet and your training. Typically when cutting, peopl will use drugs that do not cause a lot of water retention, and harden the muscles. Such as winny, primo, var, etc. Also the amount you should increase the amount of cardio, may be three to four time a week for 20 minutes or so. Also, cut down on the amount of carbs. Alot of pros will try to achihev ketosis by doing this. It's pretty much the opposite for bulking up. Where in you use AAS like sust, deca, dbol, etc. And increase carbs, while cutting down on the cardio.
