i am insearch of some good creatine and just wanted to know what all the bro's have to say.
i have read about but want to hear from the bro's that use it or have used it.

It is just creatine,same thing thats in kilosports creatine,same thing thats optimum creatine,same thing thats in protein factory creatine. If anyone says they got better results from using one over the other there on crack,and that will just give more reason not to believe people who say HMB and secretagogue one work. It's like saying whats better quaker oats or albertsons brand oats,when the indregient is the same.

Thanks for your interest. Our creatine, Volumex, is 100% pure and independent lab certified. This is not he case with all brands. There is no regulation of the supplement industry, so you could put anything in the bottle and no one would be the wiser. In other words, you have to trust the manufacturer. They all say theres is 100% and lab tested. So who are you suppose to believe? Lets say another brand is 97%,then all you have to do is put 5.2 grams,and you get 5 grams of creatine.

Two things:

1) Only buy creatine with the trademarks of Ultrapure or Creapure! Yes they are worth the $$$.


2) When taking creatine products make sure that you stay hydrated! Missing out on water through your cycle will cause you to retain water! Drink it up.

Yes, you could sell almost anything and the FDA would not care. Repeat after me: "The industry is completely unregulated."

All should be independently lab tested. That means a random sample is sent to a lab that is not associated with the manufacturer. Since this is costly, few companies do it and the public does not know better.

There are two types of lab tests. One is to determin the purity of a raw material. So for example, when I make Norabol, I send the raw 19-nor to San Rafael or another independent lab and they till me how the purity is. Let's say, that the purity tests at 98% -- which is VERY good in the industry.

I put on my label that Norabol will have 100mg per capsule, so I know that if I am working with a 98% pure raw material, I must really put 103mg of the raw material in the capsule so that my label claim will be accurate.

The second lab test is when we send a bottle of the finished product back to the lab and the lab will test it agian. This time the lab test should confirm that there are 100mg of 19-nor in Norabol, or that the label is 100% of its claim.

This is how Mass Quantities makes supplements, but I will tell you that almost no one in the industry overdoses capsules like we do.
