I am 5'8, 175 lbs. My upper body is decently shaped, but im stuck with what type of routine to follow. I want to build muscle and mass and strength WHILE getting and staying cut. I feel like i cant find a routine that isnt either for just getting ripped or just adding pure bulk.. But maybe I am not understanding some of them correctly, im sure lots of them keep you very cut while adding lots of muscle... Just not sure which types of routines these are.. Can someone please give me an example of a good routine that helps to keep cut WHILE getting larger muscles, or tell me where to look? I just feel like im stuck in the middle, not sure where to go. thank you very much.
