Mass or Cutting program?

I am 5'8, 175 lbs. My upper body is decently shaped, but im stuck with what type of routine to follow. I want to build muscle and mass and strength WHILE getting and staying cut. I feel like i cant find a routine that isnt either for just getting ripped or just adding pure bulk.. But maybe I am not understanding some of them correctly, im sure lots of them keep you very cut while adding lots of muscle... Just not sure which types of routines these are.. Can someone please give me an example of a good routine that helps to keep cut WHILE getting larger muscles, or tell me where to look? I just feel like im stuck in the middle, not sure where to go. thank you very much.
 
There IS NO ONE mass or cutting program - gaining or losing is a result of diet - not the program itself. The rep ranges typically are "high" for cutting and "low" for bulking.

Imo - that doesnt make a lot of sense.

Why would one use different rep ranges to accomplish the same thing - ie - gaining lbm

lol, speaking of not making sense, sometimes I've seen the "rep range doctrine" for bulking and cutting reversed (at least for reps per set, but not total volume).

I agree with T's agreement with Shadow. :p

Oh, and as for adding LBM while losing fat, you're not going to be able to do either in any substantial amount after you're at a decent experience level/bodyfat. Just use common sense with food selection, training, cardio, etc. to try to make partitioning as favorable as possible.

Or if you really want to gain muscle while losing fat you could just start using a shitload of androgens without a clue how to eat/train. :rolleyes:
