mass Cycle

In about 2 weeks i am starting a Deca cycle I am not taking anything else with it but later plan on stacking for optimal results. What type of cycle and how much should i intake on a weekly basis.

STATS

I am 24, 5'11, 160, 12.5% Body Fat. I spend about 2-3 hours in the gym a day, and I basically eat anything in sight.

Can anyone please help me!

Dude I think your going get alot of negative responses from this post. First I don't think a Deca only cycle is the best. Your stats are less than impressive to be even thinking about juice and there is no way spending 2-3 hours in the gym can be that productive. Salty
 
A deca only cycle is fine if you are a newbie. 300-400mg/week for 8-10 weeks should give you some gains and gives you a chance to test the waters out. 2-3 hours in the gym is too much though. 45 minutes tops with someone of your stats and 4 times a week max training a bodypart once a week. Do some research man on how to train and possibly how to eat(don't know if you have this down either).
