Seems to be all good, but I haven't done anything since messing it up last week. During my down time at the station I was icing it, and popping some Advil occasionally.
I'm going to start applying alternating cold/heat and light stretching; for some odd reason it was only hurting in the flexed position, so I'm wondering if it isn't actually an adductor pull, and not a ham.
The real test will be Thursday during my TKD class. If it gives me grief then, I'll have to totally lay off until I'm back from Mexico in the middle of March
