Martial arts and weight training

I finally found a place to take brazilian jiu-jitsu in this little town i live in so i will be modifying my weightlifting accordingly. I also want to get back into roids and wanted to know if combining BJJ, weights, and roids is worth it since my weight training will more than likely be cut back to the basics since I will be wearing myself out three times a week on BJJ. Although the BJJ should really keep the water weight off and shed some fat.
I think I might want to cram my weightlifting into two days a week (sun/mon for time purposes and recovery). Any suggestions how to get the most efficient workout without overtraining? eventually throw roids into the mix. on this same split.

one day:
sq
dl
lat work
quick bicep

day 2:
bench
overhead press
db press
jm press

I'm going to be doing the same thing, i;ll probably be doing BJJ 4x/week, working out 3x/week...probably do a push/pull/legs routine . push=chest, shoulders, tri , pull-back/bis , legs by themselves.

Hows this then:
Day 1:
Squat-20;15;12*;10*;8*
DL-20;15;12*;10*;8*
upright rows-17;15;12*;10*;8* (cant do overhead press, rotator cuff)

Day 2:
Bench-17;15;12*10*8*
Barbell Curl-17;15;12*;10*;8*
Lat pulldown-17;15;12*;10*;10*
TriExt.-17;15;12*;10*;8*

*= to failure set
This is very abbreviated but will have to do since I really want to put most of my energy into BJJ. Now with all of this said if I throw roids into the mix is it worth it?

for the squat, dl and bp, work with 60% @ 5*5
(to find 60%, find current max and add 20 to sq, 10 to dl, and 10 to bench)
up the percentage each week for 4 weeks by 2.5 %...the jump to triples , upping the weight 5 % each week...
for assitance work, work between the rep range of 6-10

With BP Im going to have to take what my shoulders will allow (3 surgeries so far rotator cuff) since heavy weight/low rep doesnt agree with them. This is essentially powerlifting. I assume this is to offset the possible mass loss caused by the heavily cardiovascular intensive BJJ?

yes

waste of cash bro, if you aint lifting balls to the walls on juice then it aint worht the time, you shouldnt be doing any cardio on juice, espcially test.

I dont think so bro. Depends on each persons individual body metabolism and retention rate. Myself I am 30 and have noticed a significant slowing down of metabolism over the years so keeping the cardio is in my best benefit. Probably right about lifting more though.

my point is, lift hardcore for 10 weeks on test and then train afterwords, you'll be so mean...lol...the next 4 weeks you will be a lil baby on clomid lol
