Iv been a bit slack on posting past couple days,so this will be a double post as I trained shoulders on Thursday night then had Friday off but went in this arvo to hit back and biceps...here's how it all went!

Had a good shoulder session, also my brother has finally come back training again which is great for both of us,as it gets me pumped up a little more and it helps him to change his physic futher.
 
Just finished a decent back and bicep session this arvo,feeling awesome as the momentum of my training and this log are building up....also recieved my tren ace in the mail yesterday so I'm excited to try it tommorow and see what happens in the upcoming weeks training wise.

As planed today I cut out NPP completely and had my first shot of tren ace ever this morning i mixed .5ml with 1.5ml sus 250 and it went in smooth but 20 seconds after injection that motherfucker hit my chest like a freight train lol I was coughing hard for a good 5 or so minutes...I now understand what tren cough is all about,might sound sick but I kind of liked it and it has happened a couple times before with NPP but no where near as bad,anyways I fucked around all day and by late afternoon I was raring to hit the gym for a chest/tris session it went very well!

Cardio 30mins Treadmill,as you can see weight and volume increased and I powered through it with plenty left in tank,don't know if it's the tren,my mind or progression or a combination of all of them but I luv it and I'll be getting my brother to start spotting me on some heavier lifts next week or so as I'll drop reps down and up the weight....here's to big week of lifting everyone let's get it!💪🦍

Couldn't fit this on other page but it was a post workout dinner from tonight...my hunger is starting to get out of control lately iv been waking up mid night and hitting protein shakes and peanut butter toast as well!
