secondly, i suggest you watch some videos put out by the ACLU, NORML, Barry Cooper, etc on how to deal with police.
Haven't smoked any in years.
It's just that I love the neighborhood I live in, I have a lot of years in the building and thus San Diego city law affords me certain advantages due to the fact that I've lived in the same building for over 2 years. (Not rent control, though I wish.)
The one advantage being I'm exempt from a no-fault eviction. In order to evict me management has to have proper legal grounds to issue what's called a just-cause eviction. Over the years, I've had problems with the conduct and performance of my manager. I once took them to court. If they could, they would evict me. But they can't touch me because I haven't broken any of the housing laws. In a nutshell: I'm a good tenant who upholds the tenets of the rental contract and housing laws. And I'm a tenant whom the manager would probrably pretty much like to see move and go away. Or maybe even die.

Because I love the neighborhood I live in, I do not want management to kick me out of my building, something they could do if I violate the terms of the contract I signed with them. We're talking marijuana here, not crack. But try telling that to my apartment manager.
Renting an apartment is a business arrangement. I luv where I live and so I'm puttin' feelers out there on a subject that deals with law and order. I haven't smoked any in years but the ladies luv it and so I'll do it for them if I can find out what's up. I've been out of the loop and now I'm back so I wanta make sure my apartment is ready to roll when I bring a woman back to my place. I've been out of the loop for way too long. Guess you could say I'm transforming myself into a womanizer, or trying to.
