Just so you know... the AMA has roundly condemned Caffiene and Ephedrine consumption at those levels. Its dangerous. I know you don't have many people referring to the AMA here... but I thought you should know.
Ephedrine raises your blood pressure more than other stimulants. In combination with caffiene, it pumps it way up there. If you're going to use it during your intense workouts... you might wanna take your blood pressure at some point and see if its off the scale. It likely will be since its got you bouncing off walls.
Not to be preachy, or an alarmist... but straight up amphetamine, or phentermine would be alot safer.
