Haven't done any weight training in years, 11 to be exact. Anyway, a combination of age, genetics and my godawful diet have given me some man boobs. Looking for specific exercises to at least tighten the area up some and minimize the visual impact. I'm 58, so I'm only looking to do weight training about 3 or 4 days a week and am not looking to be Mr Olympia. I appreciate your help.
