Man boobs

Haven't done any weight training in years, 11 to be exact. Anyway, a combination of age, genetics and my godawful diet have given me some man boobs. Looking for specific exercises to at least tighten the area up some and minimize the visual impact. I'm 58, so I'm only looking to do weight training about 3 or 4 days a week and am not looking to be Mr Olympia. I appreciate your help.

If it's truly just fat, you can focus on incline chest exercises to build up your upper chest, which will approve the aesthetics of your chest. There is no way to spot reduce the fat there however, the chest tends to be the last place to go for many men. If it's gynecomastia then surgery is your only real option (though it sounds like it is just pseudo if you never did any cycles and didn't have it before).

Yes, if it's fat you'll have to lose weight over your whole body. There's no spot improvements to be had by isolating the pecs....in fact if you do a lot of chest work without dieting off the excess covering fat your problem could get worse.
