Man Boobs ?

Tryn2

New member
I just noticed in trying to lose weight that my breast tissue is large, man boobs I guess I dont know. I may just be overweight. But will this go saway it looks worse now that I feel like Im losing weight. I can feel like glands under the skin ? When I finally lose enough and my chest is tight will this disapear? I was bulking and planning a bulk cycle but this is discouraging...

Yeah I know. They have always been there. It may just be overweight and a droopy pec area. I did one cycle low dose deca never over 300 mg. I just want to know if I get lean if it still could be there or they will leave to. I can feel like glands on my chest. But I have always been kinda heavy and had them. I guess I am just nervous basically I have always been heavy and had droopy pecs. I can feel glands. After I am working so hard to get in shape I just would like to know if that will leave. Kinda nervous with all the gyno talk going around. This is not fromm aas I never felt athing on 200 doses to 300 doses of deca and I have been off for months. What should I do ? It may just be fat cells. Thanks for the help...

There are some topical products that some people have had some success in shrinking the glands, you can also hit them hard with anti-e's. But in reality, once the glands are there, you can only reduce their size and appearance. Gyno is not exactly rare, even for those that haven't used steriods. Plenty of guys get them during puberty, especially the over weight ones. They may never even know they had it.

You can have them completely removed with surgery. Do a search on Google for gynomastia...

lop'um off. best thing I ever did. They won't go away-no matter how much nolva, yohimburn or any other anti-e folks will tell you to try.
good luck.

With gyno you have fatty tissue, hard chunks, or both. If you have the hard chunks, it will probably be more pronounced if you lose weight.

I think that the only way to get rid of the chunks are though surgery. That's what I did. If you live in Canada you should be able to get it covered by the gov, or if you live in the States I have heard some guys getting it covered by insurance. The key in both cases is to state that it's painful, but you want it done by a plastic surgeon so you don't end up butchered. (that's what a general surgeon would do)

I wish I could say there was something other than surgery, but I dont' really think there is.

yes.

not painful at all. And a gen. surgeon performed it. And I'm not butchered. Plastic surgeons sometimes fail to remove the glandular tissue and focus mainly on the fat. But, either way I'm sure will be fine.

aromatase inhibitor (exemestane, letro or a-dex) -estrogen suppression

Yohimburn DF-A2 fat loss and decrease in local adipocytes- which in many cases will decrease local aromatic activity

Selegiline (or other dopaminergic)- lower prolactin
