^well I usually just drink shakes or milk, except 2 of my meals are solid food.
However, I do mix my shakes always with real food, whether it be oatmeal, whole wheat or bananas.
wait, so you're saying you don't have solid sources of protein in your diet...except only 2 meals? basically use whey and milk for protein...except for only 2 meals?
when bulking i'd suggest to use as much solid food as possible and use the liquid to help you out.
