Man, I used to drink this shit all the time with my friends when I was around 18 and going through an "identity crisis." I honestly prefer the taste to beer. Are they still making St. Ides, Crazy Horse, or Old English 800?? Never cared much for Schlitz. Colt 45 was decent. I remember when my mom made fun of me and told me thats what her and my dad used to drink when they were young.

They still make St. Ides and OE. Crazy Horse hasn't been around for awhile. They closed down after some pressure from the Indian groups or some shit.

I remember some older guy was making a beer run for us back in the day, I had just seen Boyz N The Hood and thought that St. Ides was the shit to be drinking. Took my first sip of it and thought someone was bottling piss and selling it for $1.50. OE 800 and Colt 45 were pretty good for malt liqour though. Mickey's is my favorite malt. Steel Reserve is a newer one and it's pretty good. It's something like 8.5% and packs a punch.

i still prefer whiskey. alcohol = drunkenness. i would rather get it over with fast with a glass of whiskey than drink 2 40s that taste terrible.
the only good alcohol i've ever tasted was arbor mist strawberry wine. 5% i think.

Ah Crazy Horse, my favorite of all time until they banned it for PC reasons! Nothing was better then putting down 3 or 4 40's of Crazy Horse! The problem was that shit made me a crazy Mother F'er. Surprised I'm still alive after all the times I drank Crazy Horse. You kids today are missing out on some good Malt Liquor! WTF you guys drink Keystone Ice and other pussy brands of beer! Hell, I would pay a thousand bucks just to get my hand on a boot legged bottle of Crazy Horse!
