I know you can get fina and synovex (test) legally to make your own gear. My question is there anywhere to get other hormones to make your own? Such as EQ or winny?

Yes, you can buy powders like, Eq, winny, Deca, Test etc. and convert them. But they cannot be purchased legally obviously.

except eq is not a powder, it is a sticky syrup like sybstance, i dunno about the others

You can get the powders from China, others, but powder often gets seized going into the US..
