Making 400ml at one time

hey guys i want to make 400ml of test -e i have a 600ml beeker should i put all of the ingrediants and do it all at once or should i do 200ml,or 100ml just in case i make a mistake thanks j

Thats up to you just remember it will take a while to filter and you might not want the 400ml sitting in a beaker all day. But id make in in one batch.

how long do u think it will take fitering that amount and putting it in 4 100ml vials

Depends on your filtering system and how tough your feelin if your gonna use syringe filters to push it all through lol

I usually make 100 ml batches and it takes about 2 hours to filter with a .22 whatman. My hands and fingers are very sore by the end. you would have to bee really tough to filter 400ml at once through syringe filters. You can place the syringe in a vice so that you don't have to hold the syringe in your hands and the just press the plunger, makes things a little easier.

Use the .45 watman. It works just fine and will ease the pain n your hand.

use the .20 with a 60ml syringe in a good quality caulking gun! You can 200ml in about 30 min.
