Man, it just hit me that the past couple of days i've only been eating like 1000-1300 calories (usually eat around 1900). What the hell is up with that? I just haven't been hungry
fuck the eggs have some more wings...ahh crispy wings with hot sauce.....damn you kwkslvr!! now im gonna have to do atkins and lose weight!!! thansk alot man!! and i was having fun eating pasta....hehehe
That's the beauty AND the curse of long term ultra low carb diets. Great for losing your appetite. Too bad it doesn't work so well for me on short term (CKD) keto diets
I don't know how to help ya. Often loss of appetite is a sign of metabolic disturbance. Could be anything from reduced metabolism to depression. Now if it were ME, I would have a carb-based meal or two to stimulate hunger and metabolism, then get back on the keto diet (LOL it's strange trying to put myself in the shoes of an Atkin's dietier). But seriously, if you're concerned about the loss of appetite it might be worth a try. Carbs, when eaten judiciously, can improve metabolism, appetite and even depressive sypmptoms (which includes loss of appetite, rapid weight loss or gain, sleep disturbances, irritability, social reclusion and about a thousand other symptoms.....).
Or you can just ride it out for a few days and see if you improve. Maybe you're just coming down with a bug?

Yep, that's one of my biggest gripes about zero or super-low carb diets. Carbs have a very large effect on mood. On brain function as a whole, for that matter. Ever notice how pre-contest bodybuilders are in a perpetually bad mood? That's because of the lack of carbs.
