you could by cottage cheese with fruit mixed in ,i bought some freindship cottage cheese with pineapple mixed in pretty good stuff or you could hold your nose and breath and just slam it down
There's a lot to be said for a handful of frozen bluberries mixed in and a pinch of splenda- if need be. Yes...there is some natural sugar, but it's better than adding a fruit spread...it's the real deal...blueberries=antioxidents + it tastes great (and I started out not even being able to LOOK at cottage cheese w/o gagging).
Small curd seems to lesson the blow too, and it turns a nice purple color. lol
