Make a grocery list for me, please

I'm tired of chicken breasts, tuna, oats everyday. Not that I don't have the cash to buy other things, It's just that I have a below average IQ and i do not know what else to get. I need variety.

carmel coming soon

Pigs Feet
Kraut Juice
Vienna Sausages
Potted Meat
Tripe
Sardines
Lindberghuer Cheese

My grocery store just had boneless skinless turkey breasts on sale! Half the cost of chicken. That's a nice change of pace. Try cooking the same old stuff you usually eat a different way. Grill your chicken, throw it in the slow cooker, season it with something new.

Get some stuff to make a salad-- get a good vinagrette or make one yourself. Cover it in meat. My favorite salad dressing in the world is salsa (compare brands for carbs-- a lot add sugar) and mix in a little ranch. Heaven. Throw in an avacado. There's a change of pace. Oven roast veggies...carrots, tomatoes, whatever you want.

Buy some sweet potatoes. Cut them like fries. Bake them brushed with a little olive oil. Season as you wish-- splenda and cinnamon or garlic. Just try new spins on the same old stuff. Eating clean doesn't have to be dull.

Get some fresh fish. It's not always as expensive as you might think it is. You have lots of options!

Damn... you wanna come cook for me?

I have 3 pounds of bite size cut up turkey breast baking right now-- it spend an hour in a mix of dijon, lemon juice, garlic, and a smidge of splenda. That'll give me something to work with for a few days. It'll end up in a low carb tortilla, on salads, by itself with veggies on the side. :)

I'm all about cooking a lot at once and then portioning it out. Plus I like to weigh everything I eat so I can more accurately record it.
