make a cycle for me

Hey, I am loking to add 15 pounds of quality muscle. My last cycle was
300 mg. equipouise 10 weeks
250 mg. test enanthate 10 weeks.
I really didnt gain anything because of the low dosage. I got really cut up though.
I am thinking of 500 mg test enanthate and either dbol or deca. what do you guys think? thanks

Low dosages? I grew like a weed for years on 200-400 mgs/wk. Sounds like you need to focus more on diet and training. Lots of guys say they eat right but unless you don't work or have a social life it's almost impossible to do. Note that I said almost. Most people can't remember to take a multi vitamin with breakfast. With that kind of mentality how will they ever remember to eat X grams of protien and X grams of Carbs every 3 hrs throughout the day?

I put on 15 pounds with that exact cycle, as my first bulker yrs ago. 250 test, actually 200 eq for 9 weeks.

I GUARENTEE your diet was not correct, or else you would have grown, period. I suggest you vist the diet forum and get a good AS bulking diet before you start another cycle.

depending on your stats, while on AS you should have been eating 4500-5000cals and 300 grams protein per day. There is no way you did that, or your gear was bunk.. becuase i know from personal experiance that you would have put on weight.

higher doses of AS are not going to be beneficial without correct Bulking/Cutting cycle
 
Do all three deca d-bol test cycle and listen to the boys about proper training and dieting and youll gain your pure muscle weight for sure.
 
Unless it was bunk shit you definitly should have put on some mass. How was the diet? It is key. And like cracker said. Its REAL hard to maintain a good/decent diet with school/work/social life. But it can be done.

wk 1-4 Dbol 30mg/ED
wk 1-10 Deca 300mg/wk
wk 1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
 
hey thanks guys i will try ut mr. snakes's cycle. I eat high protein, high carbs, moderate fat while on, probably just not enough even though i tried for every three hours to choke someting down. Ill check out the diet section.
