I was wondering what you're caloric intake was to mantain you're bodyweight,mine seems to be4800-6000 cal a day depending on my work shedule...5'11 205lbs 10-12%b.f.give or take a little
I know i was thinking thats an awful lot of food,I'm woking with this guy and he told me i need to get that much that i need to constantly try and have my insulin jacked for anabolism of course,i try to get 100 carbs a meal,50 grams protien and about 200 cal from healthy fat,man i'm so fuckin sick of eating
theres noway that is u need that many calories to maintain your current body weight. most guys eat 5000cals a day to gain mass not maintain, unless your some 600lbs marathon runner
Well right now i'm staying about 205 to 210 on about 4800 cal and it's been that for about4-6weeks,I'm gonna try and knock it down some as of I'm sick of so much brown rice and oats
