i need to lose 20 lbs of body fat as quick as possible.if im losing 2lbs per week how do i know how much of that is fat loss?if im maintaining poundage when i work out am i keeping all my muscle mass??
 
the only real way is with calipers and that isnt completely accurate, the best way is a combination of calipers and measuring tape.

The only way to know is to do weekly water tank bodyfat tests...otherwise, having the right diet and routine and maybe the calipers will help.
