Maintaining Calories while lowering carbs

New member
I've been bulking for 4 months now and things look pretty good. The thing is i've put on 2 inches on my waist along with muscle mass.

I plan to keep carbs abt 250g which is about 1.5g/lbs. This means i have to get additional calories from other sources.

Does anyone know what i can take to make up for the loss carbs?

I would suggest lowering carbs to 150 or less, and replacing the deficiency w/ fat (EFAs mainly). This way you are in lower insulin levels, while telling your body to drop fat because it's not needed.

Thanks Mr X. What are good sources of EFAs that i can take in larger quantities? I'm not really a big fan of oilve/flax oi.

Furthermore will dropping carbs to 150g affect my bulking cycle?

it all depends....it will, but not to an amazing extent or that is it shouldn't...if it does than it's your bodytype

guess i dont have much of a choice. I tend to put on weight pretty easily. I might try upping my cardio and see how things go
