No.

It's a Open PGP Implemenation and they only have access to your encrypted messages. The feds are accessing the messages by either cracking weak passphrases or using keyloggers installed on their targets computers.

In one case the DEA actually did a break / enter to install keylogging software on a MDMA manufacturers computer. They also have the ability to install 'MagicLatern', the Feds LE Keylogging software, from remote using hacking techniques. WIth that software they can not only get your passphrases they can actually capture what you type into your messages in real time.

So moving to mailvault, or any other service, doesn't address the issues.

Unless you're dealing or making huge buys, you're not going to get that kind of attention from LE. Keylogging takes a considerable effort.

Exactly. There are ways to protect against keyloggers as well.

However - if you're big time and they want you - you're gonna have to be superman to avoid them. If they do a break / enter warrant - they can install hidden cameras and watch what you type. I mean serioiusly, the FEDS are gonna own you if you get their attention.
