Mailing gear in freezing cold weather

I do not think so. I think if it was to become exposed to heat than it might.

Alright because it is really cold where I am right now. If the shit were to freeze and thaw out it should still be okay?

I am sure that it would not freeze. I am actually waiting for an order and am not worried about it freezing. I am worried that it might not make it here though, customs.

it'll stillbe fine.....heat would not be good....I'd much rather have things mailed in the winter verses the middle of the summer.....

My only concern is that it might freeze and your vile may pop. Seeing as liquids expand when they freeze.

Although from my experience most 10ml vials have about 4 mls of space in them extra. In which case it would be fine.

The colder it gets the more something contracts.
Just the opposite, as the hotter it gets the more something expands.

This is a common condition of why roads crack and holes in them. Yeah I now I got of the subject, but oh well.

Water expands approximately 10% when it is frozen...

I don't know about oil freezing though...(but amps and vials all contain alot of extra space inside so even if it were to freeze for any length of time I don't see it shattering anything...)

also, water is one of the few liquids that expands as it gets colder, oils shouldnt

Anyways ... its damn cold up here now! To cold that last night I didnt want to leave the comfort of my warm house to go warm up the jeep and get groceries so I stayed home and warm and had a box of KD hahahaha (my reserve food). It was actually good. Gotta love the canadian winters.
