Mailing from Mexico

Anyone knows whether Mexico has express at their local postal services (not talking about courier like dhl or fedex)?

why mail it when you can pay someone to run it across for you. ask your source in mexico to get you a mule.

I think mailing from Messico is the least succesful way to get stuff across, however it appears to be the safest. Do like homeboy said and get yourself a runner, just dont be in pointing distance when he gets nabbed.
