I am in the position to mail someone some fina pellets overseas. What are the legal ramifications, of any, of doing so? He would be returning "presents," but I am prepared for that. I'm just not used to being the one mailing the shit .
As far as I know, there are no legal ramifications for mailing fina pellets in the U.S. You will want to get your overseas friend to check on the legality of that in his country.
