Mail Problem

I had a package sent to me from within the US. The person that sent it to me is not a source, just a friend who had some extra stuff. He sent it to me 9 days ago or 7 working days as regular mail. He put no return address on it (not that that really matters) I still have not received the package and I'm worried. I have cleared out my house like all the past posts said. You guys talk about seizure letters, but since it didn't go through customs, I would'nt get one. What will happen if they find the stuff. It was a small amount, under $200.00. thanks for the help.

If it's a domestic transaction.. it's VERY unlikely that it will be seized.. sometimes it takes a while though.. U.S. mail is slower than shit unless you use express mail. Give it time.

Probably just lost in the mail courtesy of your local post office. Hope your friend put the correct shippinmg address.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I sent my buddy some left over clen once and it took over two weeks for him to get it. I was freaking out too, but sometimes the mail is just slow.

Hey Bro always put a return addy on every package, even if it's one thats out of a phone book, I worked in a mail room a long while ago, some of the mail we had to sort was for elected officials and if it didn't have a return addy someone else would open it or they would have a bomb dog check it out, and this was more then 10 years ago.

I told him to do that, but I guess he didn't listen. Normally I don't worry about domestic mail, but he sent a letter to me that same day. It had personal info on it and so he sent it seperate so that if the package got seized, my ssn and all that crap wouldn't be there ready for the cops to have. The letter got here last friday, 5 days after it was sent. Like I said, normally I don't worry, but he was stupid and didn't put a tracking number on it either. I have dug up all the posts I could find on mail, but nothing ever talked about domestic, or what the procedures for domestic seizures are (for small amounts).
