Mail-ordering relabeled stuff saves you from jail?

Just curious...

If one placed a mail-order, and the stuff came relabeled with some non-banned chemical ("vitamins" or just "oil") label, will it completely save you from any legal problems?

Cops or customs would have make a lab test, which is unlikely.

Of course, relabeled juice must be purchased from a trusted source.

On a visual inspection without any further investigation perhaps. But for what I know of the law look at it this way: If they're willing to go so far as to OPEN the package a lab assay is looming on the horizon. At that point, you receive "contact" mail. Read that as a "Notice of Seizure".

Section 303 of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ("FDCA" ), 21 U.S.C. § 333(a)(2), imposes felony liability for misbranding "with the intent to defraud or mislead." Simply put, "You knew that that was dbol in that bottle and not motrin. You're trying to knowingly cover up a felony, which is a felony unto itself."

So let's say you live in San Diego. You put 50 Var in a pill box labelled for Celebrex (which you have a script for) and place the box in your pocket and drove to Vegas for the week of the Mr O competition.

You have just possibly committed up to four felonies.

1. Posession of a Schedule III drug
2. Posession with intent to distribute (now you're a drug dealer, presumably)
3. Violation of Section 303 of the FDCA 21 U.S.C. § 333(a)(2) (see above)
4. Trafficking (crossing over a state border into another state)

In a nutshell, you're really better off having it sent in original packaging. But that is just taking the lesser of two evils. Just say no! :verygood:

The really good thing about doing this domesticly or int is the delay it would take them to get the shit tested, that would take atelast 2 days right there, and im sure your paranoid like the rest of us when your pack is late, so a tip off would be nice. That I can totally see working out to our advantage, and I have done it before with great success. the time it would take to set up a sting is nothing overnight anyway let alone get it tested first so they dont look like fools...
