This info is not exact gohlam, if you are ordering from overseas, you may very well have to sign for the package. If you are home they will knock on the door, If not they will leave a card saying it is at the post office and you can call to schedule re-delivery or pick it up there. I would do the calling to re-schedule. I would use an assumed name and sign for it when they bring it the second time. This is a chance you take, what are the odds that they will conduct a sting in 2 weeks to bust you for 10-20 amps of test? not likely, just use this old routine, when you get the package, sign and then write return to sender, cause after all this isn't your package right? Then leave it by the front door for a couple of days.

I think that I would rather go to the post office at an odd hour. you can look outside for any cops then. they wouldn't keep cops there 24-7 would they?

Whiskey, the whole point is to avoid using your own identity, if you go to the p.o., you have to present photo i.d. for the package, if you sign at home, you dont need to be the person whom the package is addressed.

Look around for cops outside? have you ever seen the show cops, tell that to those drug dealers and prositutes, i'm sure they have had the same advise
