mail order bride dilemma?

i'm in a funky situation. i have a new buddy that i've gotten fairly close to over the last several months. he's a great guy but not what i would term one of my true, close friends.

anyway, he recently found out that i'm gay and the other day told me he had a favor to ask of me. he promised a buddy of his that he would marry the guy's niece so she could come over from vietnam. it pays 15K, you don't have to live w/her supposedly and i would get the added benefit of income tax relief for being married.

not sure what the chances are of getting caught. i'd need to stay married to her for 3 years for her to be able to stay here afterwards. the money would be nice, i guess, but it's not gonna' change my life. the incentive is monetary and also "saving" my friend (he's straight) from a divorce on his record, not to mention freeing him up to marry someone else in the next 3 years if the right girl comes along.

also, i'm in a LTR w/a vietnamese guy and ideally we'd love to have a mixed white/vietnamese baby w/my sperm. i doubt the girl would be willing to have my baby. (i won't even speculate on coercing her to do so...wifely duties???? could i DO THAT??? blackmail her, in a sense?????)

You can always ask her, but I don't think it would be right to make her feel guilty about it, they are already paying 15k!

Would you be required to live in the same area for those 3 years? Could you leave the country? What are the chances you will be prosecuted (I doubt you have to worry)?
