mail help !!

I've got the log in then I get the big white box with a little incon in the corner...........I've tried the shift thing,,,,,,cleared cookies and history and temp files..........restarted

Ps I know this is not an gear question but I know this is where I can get to the bottom of this

First update your virus dat files... then run a complete scan.

Next, have you loaded any new software lately?

If none of the above... no clue.

Hey bro, i was having the same problem , when you put type in your pass phrase HIT ENTER on key board instead of GO on side the pass phrase and see if it works for you it did for me don't know why but it will not work unless I hit enter key hmmm . hope it helps
