Here's a legal question. If one were to use the U.S. Postal Service to send gear to his house, either from a domestic source or overseas, would that be considered mail fraud? Anyone know these federal laws?
I think possesion of a controlled substance would be worse than mail fraud. Anyway, I think mail fraud is when you try to deceive or ripoff somebody in some way and the mail is involved.
Sending anything illegal through the mail is a federal offense. I used to be a postal clerk in the military. But I've never heard of it being enforced for steroids. They would have to prove you were the sender. If you went to Mexico and sent gear back to your address in the US they could use finger prints to prove it. But the odds of this are insane. Least of your worries.
