So what food is rich in Mg ?

You can take a magnesium suppliment (most calcium suppliments have it), but green vegetables are a good natural source, as well as dairy products.
 
Sure, chocolate is healthy... it has anti-oxidants and magnesium in it. LoL

KFC only has 11 grams of white flour carbs per piece, so its healthy too.

It amazes me how gullible the general public is when it comes to nutrition.

what's wrong with unsweetened cocoa powder ?

We agree white chocolate or even milk chocolate is crap but cocoa is not that bad

no nothing wrong with cocoa powder as long as it is dutch processed and not ultrarefined
