how much is the recomended daily dossage for magnesium?
i'll be taking that with 50mg of zinc,is it best to take it before bed?

the one i have is 50mg elemental magnesium
how magnesium is enough for one day?the label says not to take more than 2 pills a day,that's only 100mg's

You can safely take up to 1000mg; I'll take 4 - 250 mg tabs of GNC's magnesium at night with my zinc.

i don't know the difference but thats what mine says.
