Hey fellas a friend of mine just told me about this stuff called mag 10. His lifting partner started taking it along with protein, creatine, glutamine and he said the dude went from 235 to 300 on his incline bench. Anyone know anything about this stuff and how legit it possibly is? I mean I read their claims and they are claiming you can gain 20-30 pounds of lean muscle in 8 weeks. If this is so true wouldnt everyone just take this instead of AAS?
