Made the decision

I'm 19yo, been working out for 4 years now, the last 2 years religiously. I have made the decision i want to do my first cycle. I have a few friends telling me mixed things, and thought i would come to you guys for advice.

I want my gains to be keepable but at the same time i want to cutt. Right now i am 204lbs, around 12% bf. I am currently a student so any affordable suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.

not yet bro, at your age you can gain that with diet and excersize, plus ur still growing, wait till ur alittle older.

Agreed. You wouldn't gain 15 pounds on a single cycle anyway.

At youur age you can do that with food and supps naturally. Check out BIG BLAST from www,proteinfactory.com You're also old enough for UNLEASHED. (Not recommended for anyone under 18).
 
everyone says to get this supplement and that, im tired of buying shit that promises all these results but delivers nothing a good diet can't.

ive made the decision, and i think you guys are misenterpreting the post, however thanks for your help so far...
 
uve made ur decision so theres no point in trying to talk u out of it.

not too sure of a cycle that benefits the pocket b4 health, but many will suggest a test e cycle only to start with. personally i would/did start with 10 wks of test e at 250mg twice a week (mon and thurs) and 30mg of d-bol per day for 4 wks.

just as importantly u will need a proper pct lined up. something like 4 weeks of clomid at 100mg per day week 1 then 50 mg per day for the next 3 wks.

i have heard mixed things about dbol, mostly that alot of what you gain you wont keep, aswell as lots of sides. have i been misinformed.
 
ive seen tons of people gain more then 15 pounds, research what u want to take man we really cant decide a whole cycle for u.If u wanna gain weight and cut
try Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - and test
 
just remember this post when you're 35 and can not get a hard-on.
