The relationship is not direct
Ephedrine- indirectly affects the A2 by increasing the release of norepinephrine which agonizes the A2 inhibiting the release of fatty acids
Estrogen- indirectly and directly affects the A2 by binding directly to it and agonizing it and also by increasing the #/sensitivity of A2 receptors
thus ephedrine MAY exacerbate estrogenic fat problems.
But aside from that there is anecdotal evidence that ephedrine may upregulate aromatase production-
