all three together.. why not? each has benefits in addition to glucose clearance.

in theory they should enhance the effects..

CLA should probably be taken 2-3 times a day... WITH MEALS ONLY.. preferably larger ones as most find it difficult to digest. 6g a day seems to be the low end of dosing.

r-ala just before meals.. 400mg to 1g per day

gla with meals (dependent on source.. try to get 400-800mg per day)

other things that can be added to enhance insulin sensitivity

more pottasium rich foods

cinnamon (cinnamides and the high natural chromium content are helpful)

if cost is an issue r-ala+gla, pottassium rich food, cinnamon.

you ain't shittin on that one. i take 3 grams of CLA with a full stomache and i almost want to hurl. it hurst like a SOB. meanwhile i can take 5mg of bromo on an empty stomache and do squats right after and nothing. but MCT oil or CLA rips me up. only thing that does. i take 6 grams, would like to do more but it makes me feel like throwing up and i do not like throwing up the nutrients. lol. :D i do R-ALA and CLA, but i guess i'll add in GLA. i always see it in the womens section at GNC, so i figured it must be estrogen related or something and that shyed me away from it. :)

Try vitamin shoppe for GLA.

hahahaha! no shit, i work there i know. lol. :D but i get wholesale discount....like the GLA by GNC is 20 bucks. i get it for like 4 bucks. so i can't lose there. but i feel like telling customers to go order on the net or go somewhere else. that is what i tell my friends at least. with the 20% off card, and the BOGO offer, it does work out to be a decent deal though. but GNC still sucks balls.
 
I take GLA with r-ALA... it's the magic bullet.

The only problem I'm having with the r-ALA/GLA combo is it is making it too easy to keep my bodyfat low. I'm cheating on too regular a basis and never having to pay the price.
