Macro, Ulter...Tyler Detox question

When should I take them during a cycle? Its label says take them between the meals. Is it really critical to take them with a empty stomach? It is already quite a pain in the ass to organize so many pills in a day while on a cycle and I try to get all during meal times (easier to remember)

Is it so that its indrigients loose their effect when taken with meals? Or should I not worry about it?

Dont worry...

It is recommended you take w/meals...I have taken them all different times, it does not lose effectiveness..yes take them during cycle...I take them for 30 days post-cycle too, but Im funny like that. Hope this helps.

The label clearly states:
"Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times daily between meals, or as directed by your physician, pharmacist or health care practitioner"

So I do believe empty to semi empty stomach allowed
better absorption. Bump anyway.

I try to take my 15-30 minutes prior to orals, but sometimes I just take them together. I dont really think that this is killing the benefit too much, but what do I know, I take my r-ALA right before eating too.
