Macro...TXLonghorn: VITEX/BROMO ?

I have heard so many damn posts/threads regarding Vitex vs Bromo lately that I am completely confused as to which of these decreases the chances for progestin-related gyno from fina/deca.
I'm beginning to think that Nova is still king here even though it's geared towards E- Related gyno instead!?

Please shed some light and SOMEONE PROVIDE SOME SCIENCE!

Thanks.....

Just when I was convinced that Bromo had taken over Vitex's popularity as the "new" undisputed answer for Progestin-related gyno, I read

This

Nautica, I thought the same thing regarding Nolvadex's inability to decreasing the chances for Progestin-related gyno until recently...many are starting to believe that this actually may help in this arena as well! The jury is still out oin this one!

Bromo will help in the area of prolactin induced gyno, but it comes with some nasty sides so I really am not a big fan of bromo. Vitex will aid in the area of prolactin induced gyno as well because what it does is get the body to produce more progesterone and when that happens, your body produces less prolactin. Since progesterone is involved in sexual desire, this can be a good thing. If you end up taking vitex, go with a standardized extract and take about a gram/day in divided doses.

Nolvadex might help as well if you start to get symptoms of gyno, however it isn't surefire by any means. Right now, there is no single effective way to combat gyno from taking deca. All we can do is guess and throw shit at it like vitex, nolva, etc. In the end, none of those may work for deca. But for fina, it seems like it only affects prolactin, so vitex and bromo should both help there.

OKay, let me rephrase my statement. Nolvadex does nothing for my fina related gyno. I know that for a fact.

So vitex is over the counter? And what about Ru-486?

Yes, vitex is OTC. I am not convinced ru-486 is the answer for deca gyno, not to mention it comes with it's own host of sides. And it isn't otc, and no doctor would prescribe it to you. You would need to get your g/f to go to a clinic and get it that way.

*** Oh, and in reference to your title, I am certain I am not worthy to be mentioned in the same breath as macro. That guy is amazing.

Macro helped me out and said this:

they both may help.. its not really clear.. vitex does work.. but not in all cases.. bromo MAY work (but it is better indicated for use with prolactin related puffyness) but no one has used it for this..

puffyness due to prolactin can be treated with either though bromo may be better for this..

as far as dosage of vitex.. it depends on extraction (purity) and response.. though most people use between 1 and 2 grams a day

vitex is a "better" bet with fina.. at this time.. that may change.. but we just dont know enough to say for certain.. GYNCOMASTIA is VERY complicated and a host of factors (not just one) are involved in its development..

with vitex its not clear whether its the prolactin suppression or the increase in natural progesterone (which the addition of pregnenolone may help with).. or a combination of the two... that staves off fina induced gyno.

Thanx bro:angel:
