....After speaking with Ulter - I wonder if grinding up Proscar tabs and adding them to the transdermal peppermint oil and massaging into scalp would be of any additional benefit to popping the Finest. orally?

LOL

Nizoral seems to have zero effect. I am shedding in a particular quadrant at a much faster rate than across the board. The proscar question would be an alternate route that would by-pass the systemic sides of the proscar.

I can't find the damn spiro w/o having to do a consultation.

Please help me if you have a hookup

Corn, have you tried Polysorbate 80 shampoos? They take a bitch of a long time to show effect...6-9 months... and then they only seem to work for 30-40% of people; however, since they are dirt cheap (about $4.00 a bottle) and simply work like any regular shampoo... they make a good substitute for regular shampoos.

I started using them about 12-15 years ago because I got them free. By age 30... about 9 months after I started... I noticed my temples had actually filled in more. Now at 43 I have zero hair loss.

I've yet to meet an AAS user who didn't have good results from them.

Cool bro. I may have to give that a try (just for prevention)

I don't believe that finasteride is designed to effectively transfuse through the dermal regions corn. Most of the drug would likely not penetrate through the scalp, and I'm not sure it would do much at the follicular level administered exogenously.

Thanks Huck.

Mine is mostly genetic - father bagan losing at 25.

Not to mention that finasteride has very little effect on the type of 5-AR found in the scalp. Finasteride works for alopecia by reducing total body DHT concentrations - it does not target the scalp.

Hey Corn....I found some interesting stuff.

Check it out

Cool Article on Topical Finasteride (Yep..... Topical)

Another great place to order some goodies (Proscar to make the topical Finasteride)

It seems as though your idea would work very well.

I'm definitely gonna give it a try and let you know how it goes.

Peace!
