......really worth it?? i posted an article this week talking about the misinformation regarding Oxandrolone. I've read multiple posts regarding dangerously low HDL levels when on Var, and then turn around and read that someone is taking 100mg for 3 months. Would it help to run HCG throughout, let's say with an EQ/Var cycle to increase estrogen levels.....which i take it is the main reason orals diminish lipid levels? Additionally, how about throwing some HGH in the mix since it is supposedly known to increase good cholesterol? I was considering running 60mg/day of var with 400/600mg of eq, but i have to be honest, i'm not sure if its worth it. What do you guys think?

Also, would a primo/eq stack make better since with regards to lipid levels?

really depends on inividual response, for some people its definitely worth it.

primo/eq would probably be less harsh on lipids (though not neccesarily- just typically)

i ran 100mg/day for 12 weeks and fucking loved the results, but i didn't get a look at my lipid profiles in there either, im sure they were shit though

i posted this in the other var thread so here goes, i think it is genetic, i ran winny for 6 months when i was a pre ef moron with no clue on diet. my levels were not that bad at all. and returned to normal in 4 weeks. i think some are prone and 20mg ed of var will fuck up cholesterol some can run it at 100mg ed and not. i remember indycamaro showed his blood work after 100mg of var, he may have been involved with satch but i think he knew gear

Yea basically its not a permanent problem so if you make a small effort and monitor it, you'll see how your body reacts. If it gets too bad...you can stop and it will go away. Var is incredible

what dosage do you guys recommend............the lower side of 30/40mg, or upwards to 80/100 of var?

well from experience i can tell you that 100mg/var is in an entire other world compared to 30-40, id go at least 80

Im seeing great results at 50mg ed....but you gotta factor in that its my first time running var. next time I plan on bumping it to 75mg ed. I can tell you one thing though; never using winny again!

Honestly, anavar is overrated IMO. On the other hand, a product like winstrol - although notorious for joint problems - is a MUCH better bang for the buck.

I've ran high dosages of anavar before, the results were good - but for most newbies and intermediates, test, test and more test is the way to go.

To me, dbol and letrozole is the poor-mans anavar, with better results :chomp:
