I'm cutting out carbs for the week and carbing up on the weekend..I guess you can just say im doing CKD but without all the complications. Anyways, Macadamian nuts have 3 grams of carbs, 3 grams of protein and 24 grams of fat per serving. This a good food to eat while on the low carb dealy or is this too harsh. These are of course healthy fats so it should keep the metabolism going strong
