What does it do? How does it work? It increases mood and libido? Really?! HOW????? I need a good clarification on how this herb does what it does. Please.

Smoke : it enhances libido and stamina but when taken for 6 months or longer..

A recent review states "Randomized clinical trials have shown that maca has favorable effects on energy and mood, may decrease anxiety and improve sexual desire. Maca has also been shown to improve sperm production, sperm motility, and semen volume."

When I took it for 2 months I didn't really notice anything on libido but I did spurt out alot more baby batter

I recommend it with green tea before bed non caffeineated of course. don't expect miracles though, its an herb and it will help but lifestyle choices are what dictate mood more than anything
