MACA and avena sativa...

So I have been hearing alot of things on it lately and decided to pick some up. It's only a months supply, and the shit ain't cheap either. Run it during clomid, or after?

You can run clomid for a long time. The side effects, if you experience them at all, are not that pronounced. It should NOT mess anything up when it comes to your sex life- it helps get test levels back up, that's all.

He was talking about the proviron. Proviron is still an androgen, so it can suppress natural test. If you take it first thing in the morning it is less suppressive.

BTW, I buy my avena sativa and maca from beyond-a-century.com in powder form and cap it myself. It's cheap as hell if you're willing to go through the hassle of capping it.

What type did you buy??? I've been having trouble finding it at myloical supplement store. Does Prolab, EAS, Pinnicale... etc... any of those guys make it???

I bought the caps and capper from BAC too (beyond-a-century.com). It was like 10 bucks for the capper, and maybe a little less than 10 for 1000 size 00 gelatin caps. It's a good investment if you plan on using the stuff in the future. I use it for all kinds of things like r-ala and CLA powder besides just maca and avena sativa.

You don't *need* to cap avena sativa or maca... but the stuff tastes like shit, so I'd recommend it. The stuff from BAC comes with little spoons to dose it out in case you don't feel like capping it. Some guys do that, but I couldn't stand the taste.

If it's powder, could you mix it in a shake or water like creatine or glutamine??
